libtagcoll2-dev software package provides Functions used to manipulate tagged collections (development version), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtagcoll2-dev
libtagcoll2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtagcoll2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtagcoll2-dev *
You will get with libtagcoll2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
